RESOLUTION
RE: AUTHORIZATION TO CHANGE STREET NAMES IN CARRIAGE ESTATES,
A SUBDIVISION LOCATED IN THE WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST
4` QUARTER OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 5 NORTH, RANGE 66 WEST OF
THE 6TH P.M. , WELD COUNTY, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,

t-- Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
o WHEREAS, a request has been made to the Board of County
C
Commissioners to allow certain street name changes in Carriage
Estates as follows:
1. West 34th Street, Carriage Estates First Filing,
z formerly Chalet West First Filing, Recorded in
Book 662, Reception No. 1584267, shall, in the
future be known as West 35th Street.
2. West 35th Street, Carriage Estates Second Filing,
formerly Chalet West Second Filing, Book 711,
Reception No. 1633470 and Carriage Estates Third
Filing, Book 750, Reception No. 1672239, shall,
in the future be known as West 34th Street.
3. 35th Street Road, a dedication of additional
public right-of-way for 34th Avenue, Recorded
in Book 750, Reception No. 1671959, shall, in
the future, be known as West 34th Street Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the name changes in
Carriage Estates, being a part of a tract of land located in
the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24 , Township
5 North of Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado,
be changed as set forth above.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of
April, A.D. , 1977.
The above and foregoing Resolution was read into the record
and signed on the 4th day of May, A.D. , 1977.
