WELD COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
Greeley, Colorado
The Weld County Housing Authority held a scheduled meeting on June 4,
1979, at 7: 30 p .m. , in the Weld County Centennial Center, County
Commissioners' Board Room (317) , third floor, 915 10th Street , Greeley ,
Colorado.
Roll Call was as follows:
John Dent Present
Al Thompson Present (Arrived at 8 : 10 p.m. )
Judy Kron Present
Leonard Roe Absent
Pete Wilson Present
As a quorum was present , the meeting was called or order. Minutes of
the April 17, 1979 meeting were approved. The Board then discussed
the possibility of requesting the County Commissioners to make a
Community Development Block Grant application for 1980. No action
was taken since the Board wanted to learn more about the Community
Development Block Grants and staff requirements. The Board also
discussed the possibility of purchasing an old school house in Weld
County. The building could possibly be used by an administrative
organization which assists farm labor workers. Finally, the Board
discussed preparing a report to the County Commissioners prior to
the 1980 budget hearings.
The next meeting date was established as Monday, June 25, 1979 at
7 : 30 p.m.
Pete Wilson made a motion to adjourn . John Dent seconded.
