SUBJECT: Tandem Axle Trucks, Bid B1700026
The Public Works Department recommends awarding the bid to the second low bidder, MI -IC Kenworth, for five
Tandem Axle Trucks, at a cost of $116,576.00 each or $582,880.00 for five.
The lowest bidder, Transwest Truck Trailer RV, did not meet specs for Extended Day Cab for either of their
bids as verified by the vendor.
There is $875,000 budgeted for this purchase.
