RE: RECOGNITION OF DON MUELLER
WHEREAS, Don Mueller, was first appointed to the Weld County Council in February 2008; and,
WHEREAS, Don Mueller served on the Weld County Council through December 2008; and
was elected to the Weld County Council in November 2008 and re-elected November 2012 and served
through December 2016;
WHEREAS, Don Mueller contributed nine years of his time and effort in attending to the affairs of
the Weld County Council; and,
WHEREAS, the public service of Don Mueller was a valuable asset to the Weld County Council;
and,
WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of Weld County express their thanks and
gratitude to Don Mueller who has assisted in the implementation of the powers and procedures of the
Weld County Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the people of Weld County, Colorado, through the
present Weld County Council, do hereby express their appreciation to Don Mueller and valuable service
on behalf of good government in Weld County, Colorado, as a member of the Weld County Council
under Home Rule in Weld County, Colorado.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the
following vote on the 13th day of February, 2017.
