Carrizo has entered into an Agreement whereby it will assign all of its leasehold interest in the subject Leases to Verdad Resources Acquisition, LLC, a subsidiary of Verdad Resources Holdings, LLC (Verdad). The anticipated closing date is scheduled for January 12, 2018. Pursuant to the provisions contained within the Leases, Carrizo hereby respectfully requests that the Board of County Commissioners consent to the forthcoming assignment of the Leases to Verdad. In anticipation thereof, enclosed herewith is our check in the amount of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00) to cover the stated fees.
