A public hearing was conducted on July 19, 2017, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner Julie A. Cozad, Chair
Commissioner Steve Moreno, Pro-Tem
Commissioner Sean P. Conway
Commissioner Mike Freeman
Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer - EXCUSED
Also present:

The following business was transacted:
le I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated May 18, 2017, and duly published May 23,
2017, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of Farmers
Reservoir and Irrigation Company, do Haven Sporting Club, for a Site Specific Development Plan
and Use by Special Review Permit, USR17-0012, for Recreational Facilities and Uses including
public or commercial camping (150 seasonal camping sites) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District.
Bob Choate, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record.
le Chris Gathman, Department of Planning Services, presented the request for a continuance
to allow all five Commissioner's the opportunity to be present.
No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
Commissioner Conway moved to continue the request of Farmers Reservoir and Irrigation
Company, do Haven Sporting Club, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special
Review Permit, USR17-0012, for Recreational Facilities and Uses including public or commercial
camping (150 seasonal camping sites) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, to August 30, 2017, at
10:00 a.m. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Freeman, and it carried unanimously.
There being no further discussion, the hearing was completed at 10:02 a.m.
