RE: APPROVAL OF THE DELETION OF ANY SECTIONS IN THE ZONING RESOLD- '"
• � TION AND SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS THAT PERTAIN TO THE LISTING
OF FEES.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, - .
- Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home -

Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the

affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and

WHEREAS, a study has been conducted concerning the permit

fees charged by the Weld County Planning Department, and • -
s,e- WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on December 27, 1978 at
the hour of 2:00 o'clock p.m. in the Chambers of the Board of
I . _ County Commissioners f Weld County, Colorado concerning the g .
abovementioned matter, and

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has considered

the recommendation of the Weld County Planning Commission con- -
cerning the deletion of any sections in the Zoning Resolution and - - "
tr' Subdivision Regulations that pertain to the listing of the fees •

i + • i - and to instead establish those by resolution of the Board of County
Commissioners in conjunction with the hearing process that would `
t. , consist of a 10-day public notice before the Planning Commission , .I

+ Hearing and a 30-day public notice prior to the Board of County -

Commissioners' Hearing, and
- WHEREAS, the Board has determined that it is in the best

. ; interests of Weld County to delete said sections from the Zoning
