RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF JOHN FRYAR TO 911 EMERGENCY TELEPHONE
SERVICE AUTHORITY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the 911 Emergency Telephone Service
Authority Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended, that John Fryar be appointed to said board as the
Town of Fort Lupton representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint John Fryar to said board, with a term
to expire January 9, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that John Fryar be, and hereby is, appointed to the 911 Emergency Telephone
Service Authority Board, with a term to expire January 9, 2018.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 18th day of October, A.D., 2017, nunc pro tunc August 7, 2017.
