BOX 758 GREELEY, COLORADO 80631 COLORADO The Health Committee of the Home Rule Charter Commission is in the process of doing an extensive study. The scope of the study is very broad, but the main emphasis is on the structure of the county government as it pertains to all areas of health. The Committee has met with each of the executives and chairmen of the boards of the hospital, mental health and public health. The Coroner, Mr. Adamson and the Ambulance Service Director, Mr. Gazley, have spoken to the Charter Commissioners. The Health Committee realized after many hours of listening that there are still other individuals or groups that would have valuable in-put into the Health Committee study. Therefore, a Public Hearing is scheduled for January 6, 1975, at 7:30 at the Commissioners' meeting room in the Public Health Building, just east of Weld County Hospital. We ask that anyone wishing to make a statement to limit it to ten minutes. If time allows, a discussion will follow. If you are not able to attend, we would accept your comments in the form of a written statement. Please mail to: Mrs. Nancy C. Clark 1821 25th Avenue Greeley, Colorado 80631 If there are further questions please call one of the Committee members.
