RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO EXTENSION ADVISORY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the terms for certain positions on the Extension Advisory Council will soon
expire, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Amy Cooksey and Lori Stevens be appointed
to said Council as 4H and Youth Representatives, with terms to expire February 1, 2020.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Amy Cooksey and Lori Stevens be, and hereby are, appointed to the
Extension Advisory Council, both with terms to expire February 1, 2020.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 5th day of April, A.D., 2017.
