RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO THE REGIONAL COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY
BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Regional Communications Advisory Board,
and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint Phil
Tiffany to said Regional Communications Advisory Board, replacing Ted Poszywak, with a term
to expire December 31, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Phil Tiffany be, and hereby is, appointed to the Regional Communications
Advisory Board, with a term to expire December 31, 2018.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 17th day of April, A.D., 2017.
