A public hearing was conducted on October 2, 2017, at 9:00 a.m., with the following present:

Commissioner Barb Kirkmeyer

The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated September 22, 2017, and duly published
September 27, 2017, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to allow citizen input
on the performance of Weld County in carrying out the Wattenberg Water System Improvements
Project which was financed with federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds.
Bruce Barker, County Attorney, made this a matter of record.
No public testimony was offered concerning this matter. Mr. Barker indicated no action is
required by the Board.
Commissioner Kirkmeyer recapped the details of Community Development Block Grant
funds.
There being no further discussion, the hearing was completed at 9:18 a.m.

POST -AWARD HEARING
Weld County will conduct a public hearing at 1150 O Street on October 2, 2017 at the Board of County
Commissioners 9:00 a.m. meeting. The purpose of the hearing is to allow citizens to review and comment
on the performance of the Weld County in carrying out the Wattenberg Water System Improvements,
which was financed with federal Community Development Block Grant funds provided by the State of
Colorado.
Written comments are also welcome and must be received by September 29, 2017 , at 1150 O
Street , Greeley, CO 80632; Attention: Elizabeth Relford. Information and records regarding the above
described project are available at 1111 H Street, Greeley, CO 80632 during regular office hours.
A public hearing to receive citizen views concerning the community's economic and community
development needs will be held at 1150 O Street. Greeley, CO 80632 on October 2, 2017 at 9:00 a.m.
For information concerning the public hearing contact Esther Gesick, Clerk to the Board, 1150 O Street, at
(970) 400-4225.
The public hearing is being conducted in a handicapped accessible location. Any handicapped person
requiring an interpreter for the hearing impaired or the visually impaired should contact Esther Gesick,
Clerk to the Board at (970) 400-4225, at least three (3) calendar days prior to the meeting and an
interpreter will be provided. Any non-English speaking person wishing to attend the public hearing should
contact Esther Gesick, Clerk to the Board, 1150 O Street, at (970) 400-4225 at least one (1) calendar
days prior to the meeting and a language interpreter will be provided. To access a Telecommunication
Device for Deaf Persons (TDD) please call (970) 400-4225. In compliance with the Americans with
Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and
