RE: APPOINTMENT OF JIM ROBENSTEIN AND PAUL LUNDQUIST, AS
MEMBERS OF THE UNIFORM BUILDING CODE BOARD OF APPEALS.
WHEREAS, the Weld County Uniform Building Code Board of
Appeals shall consist of five (5) members as provided by
Resolutions dated September 25, 1974, and
WHEREAS, two vacancies now exist on said Board, and it
has been recommended to the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that Jim Robenstein and Paul
Lundquist are fit and proper persons to be appointed to said
Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Jim Robenstein
and Paul Lundquist be and hereby are appointed to serve as
members of the Weld County Uniform Building Code Board of
Appeals, for terms to expire December 31, 1978 or until their
successors are appointed.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 18th
day of August, A.D. , 1976.
