There will be some minor equipment maintenance performed, mainly► in the Quonset building which does not have any floor drains, located on site. Some washing of equipment will be done on site into an Eco type pan which will be pumped into a container trailer, transported and disposed of at a proper site if needed. No storage of fuel (gasoline or diesel) will be stored on site, with the exception of a 5 gallon red, labeled, gasoline container for the lawn mowers. Vehicle oil will be brought on site as needed. Used oil will be pumped into a 55 gallon barrel and Sam Hill Petroleum will be called to pick up and dispose. The business will use Central Weld Water for the office, house and RV parking spots. A permit will be purchased to install a new septic system just north of the existing septic system, for the RV's and office use. All RV parking will be very short term as employees will occasionally park at the site in route to and or from other job sites. All utilities for the RV spots will be installed by licensed professionals and inspected. MSDS sheets and other pertinent posters are located in the office. House and office restrooms will be utilized as wash stations.
