The Commissioners approved Zita's COZ last month and they have a pending Site Plan Review which is conditionally approved. Zita RV and repair is located in Galeton. As part of the application requirements, the owners submitted a business plan and met with representatives from the Small Business Development Center (SBDC). Chelsie Beller with SBDC stated in a letter (attached) that Zita LLC's business plan is adequate. The Small Business Incentive Plan was created by the County Commissioners to help offset land, building permit, septic and impact fees associated with development. The fees incurred by Zita LLC is as follows: Land Use Fees: COZ16-0005 SPR17-0003 Total $5,650.00 $1,300.00 $6,950.00 According to the requirements, Zita RV falls under Tier 1 and is obligated to cover the first $2,500.00. The difference in the amount the County will cover is $4,450.00 What options exist for the Board? The two owners of the company, Trent Timm and Justin Gebauer operate an RV storage and trailer repair business in Galeton.
