Dear Chair Members,
Under Paragraph 9(A) of the Weld County Small -Tract Oil and Gas Lease, Verdad Oil &
Gas Corp. is required prior written consent from the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Weld in order to assign our leasehold. Along with written consent the Assignor is
required to pay a $100.00 fee.
Verdad Oil & Gas Corp. hereby requests your consent to assign 100% of the leasehold listed on
Exhibit "A" and attached to this letter to Verdad Resources LLC.
Enclosed you will find a $1,400.00 check for the fourteen (14) assigned leases.
Please sign and return one copy for our records.
Should you have any questions or concerns about anything in this letter or the lease form, please
