RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO THE 911 EMERGENCY TELEPHONE SERVICE
AUTHORITY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the 911 Emergency Telephone Service
Authority Board, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint Tom
Beach to said 911 Emergency Telephone Service Authority Board as the Fire Protection, County
Appointee, with a term to expire January 8, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Tom Beach be, and hereby is, appointed to the 911 Emergency Telephone
Service Authority Board, with a term to expire January 8, 2019.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 17th day of April, A.D., 2017.
