• Dr. William W. Fleckenstein, Former Interim Department Head, BP Adjunct Professor and
PERFORM Director, SPE Distinguished Lecturer, Colorado School of Mines — to speak about
fracking.
PUBLIC COMMENT: Thank you for attending the Weld County Council meeting. Your comments at this
time are welcomed. (While the Council encourages individuals or groups of individuals to address the
Weld County Council, public comment is limited to three minutes per person. Please be aware that
the Council may not be able to address your topic today. If the Council is unable to do so, the matter may
be referred to staff, a work session, or the next regular -scheduled meeting.)

• Regarding the audits of Commissioners and Clerk and Recorder's office: Determine method of
release to public; locations it will be made available; and information on how the public can
comment on the results once released.
