The property will be used for light body work (painting bumpers, fenders, etc,), touch-up, and storage of parts. 2. This proposal is consistent with Sec. 22-2-10-E. Weld County Charter wants "to provide uncomplicated, unburdensome government, responsive to the people," which allows land use by home businesses. The shop that we are using is already place � in and we will not be changing anything that would affect agricultural production in the area. Our shop does not use water, leave trash outside of the building, or pollute the groundwater, so we don't violate any of the 10 goals that are outlined in this section. 3. Our use of the property is consistent with sections g, p, and w. Although our business is not specifically a "salvage yard/" we feel that it is similar in that we are working on automobiles. The key difference is that all of our work is done inside of an existing shop, rather than leaving hundreds of cars outside, We also won't be using any additional land that could be used for agricultural purposes. Our use will not be an eyesore for any of the neighbors and will not leave trash outside of the building. 4. The applicant will then meet with their Planner to discuss the referrals and address as many of the referrals as possible. At that meeting the Manning Commission hearing will be scheduled.
