Dear Commissioners;
For the fourth quarter of 1977 I handled, as Public Trustee
of Weld County, Colorado, the following transactions:
1381 Releases and Partial Releases
of Deed of Trust @ $5.00 each $6,905.00
Fee on Foreclosures 131-135 165.00
Gross for fourth quarter $7.070.00
Less necessary and reasonable Clerk hire,
office rent, phone 1,375.24
Less salaries, notary fees, postage and other
miscellaneous expenses incidental to the
conduct of the Public Trustee 2,872.54
Net Income for 4th Quarter 2,822.22
Limit per Quarter 2,500.00
Check to Weld County Government $ 322.22

reasonable expenses of Clerk Hire and other expenses indicated
