South bound traffic would be stopped on CR 17 at CR 22. The traffic count for CR 17 was taken in September 2014 with an AADT of 118. The traffic count for CR 22 was taken in July 2013 with an AADT of 278, both roadways are local gravel roadways. The Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) section 26.04 suggests that stop signs should be placed at an intersection of a less important road with a main road where application of the normal right-of-way rule would not be expected to provide reasonable compliance with the law. Public Works recommends that traffic be stopped in the south bound direction on CR 17 at CR 22. 2017-0750 March 13, 2017 C\Users\sfrederick\AppData\Local\Microsoft \ Windows \Temporary Internet Files \Content.Outlook\I]IS8M7B\BOCC 031317 SS.doc Hello
