RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO WELD COUNTY BUILDING CODE BOARD OF
APPEALS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Building Code Board of
Appeals, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint Eric
Wernsman to said Weld County Building Code Board of Appeals, with a term to expire
December 31, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Eric Wernsman be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld County Building
Code Board of Appeals Board, with a term to expire December 31, 2018.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 5th day of June, A.D., 2017.
