RE: ACCEPTANCE OF 23rd ST.WITH TWO CUL-DE-SACS IN WESTRIDGE 6TH
FILING INTO THE COUNTY ROAD SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, 23rd Street in this Subdivision and the two cul-de-
sacs were accepted for partial maintenance by the Weld County
Department of Engineering Services , in accordance with Section
1. 3. 2 of the Weld County Construction Standards, and
WHEREAS, certain discrepancies in the construction of said
street was discovered by inspection by the Weld County Engine-
ering Department, which discrepancies have been completely cor-
rected, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Department of Engineering Services
has now recommended that 23rd Street and two cul-de-sacs be accepted
for full maintenance and be added to the County Road System,
said street being . 26+of a mile in length.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the above described
street located in Westridge Subdivision 6th Filing, be, and the
same is hereby added to the County Road System for full maintenance
from and after this date, and in accordance with Section 1. 3. 3 of
the Weld County Construction Standards.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of
July, A.D. , 1977.

SUBJECT: Street Acceptance in Westridge 6th Filing
23rd Street with two cul-de-sacs , all within Westridge 6th filing,
is now ready to be accepted for full maintenance.
All deficiencies that existed have apparently been corrected by
the developer and this office now recommends said 23rd St . be
accepted for full maintenance and added to the Weld County Road
System. The guarantee of payment by the First National Bank of
Greeley should also be released at this time .

Regarding Westridge 6th filing , 23rd Street Road and two
Cul—De—Sac's.
After Weld County Inspection, We were informed both Cul-De-Sac's
would require 1" overlay. I talked to Mr. F. Smith county
engineer, and asked for approval for the work to be done in
the spring of 1977. Request approved.

Re : , Streets in Westridge 6th
In order for the County to accept your streets for
final maintenance corrections should be made in the
base course to bring it to County standards , note
# 1 , 4 and 5 in the attached diagram. Also the
shoulders should be pulled up to meet the edge of the
asphalt , this may require additional gravel .
Any questions you have call this office and if I am
not in talk to Drew Scheltinga, Civil Engineer .

Gentlemen:
In order to insure payment by Mr. Kliewer to develop lots in the
above mentioned property, the First National Bank of Greeley will
guarantee payment in an amount not to exceed $23, 100.00 from
proceeds of loans made to Mr. Kliewer. This guarantee of payment
will remain in effect for nine months from date.
