Dear Ms. Aungst:
The above referenced change of zoning is located east of and adjacent to Weld County Road 15
approximately one quarter mile north of Weld County Road 84. It is requesting a change in
zoning from PUD (planned unit development to A (agriculture). Given the stated use of the
land and the location, District Re -4 does not object to the approval of this application. As there
is not an associated increase from current use, there is not a student impact on the District.
If use of the land should change, the School District respectfully requests the opportunity to
respond with comments regarding the impact of any re -zoning or land use changes. Your continuing
cooperation is sincerely appreciated, as is the opportunity to comment upon issues of interest to the
