RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING PETITION FOR VACATION OF A PORTION
OF COUNTY ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY - ROSE HOJIO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Road Petition from Rose Hojio,
4698 Kiowa Drive, Greeley, Colorado 80634, requesting vacation of approximately 260 feet of
right-of-way adjacent to Parcel No. 095926200024, south of Kiowa Drive, being more fully
described as follows:
West 30 feet of Subdivision Exemption, SE -645;
being a portion of the NE1/4 of Section 26, Township
5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Weld
County, Colorado.
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 6th day of November, 2017, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to November 20, 2017, to allow
further time for consideration by the City of Evans.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to November 20,
2017, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 6th day of November, A.D., 2017.
