RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO JUVENILE COMMUNITY REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the terms for certain positions on the Juvenile Community Review Board will
soon expire, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Janice Brown be appointed to said Board as
a Citizen Representative Alternate; that Sarah Molinar be appointed to said Board as a Probation
Representative Alternate; and that Samantha Reeves be appointed to said Board as a School
District Representative Alternate, all with terms to expire November 1, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Janice Brown, Sarah Molinar, and Samantha Reeves be, and hereby are,
appointed to the Juvenile Community Review Board, all with terms to expire as stated above.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 13th day of September, A.D., 2017.
