This Amendment No. 4 modifies the above referenced Agreement to add Insights for ArcGIS as Enterprise Software as
follows:
APPENDIX A, Table A-2 Enterprise Software Schedule is hereby modified by adding the following:

There is no additional cost.
Upon renewal of the above mentioned Agreement, Insights for ArcGIS will be available for optional purchase at pricing in
effect at the time of the purchase.
All other terms and conditions of the ELA shall remain in full force and effect.
The parties have executed this Amendment, and it shall become effective on the last date written below (the "Effective
Date").
