RESOLUTION
RE: PURCHASE OF ADDITIONAL CHEMICALS FOR WEED DISTRICTS.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County
Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering
the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, has been informed by Stan Boyes, Weld County Extension
Agent, that there is a necessity for additional chemicals for
the Weld County Weed Districts, and
WHEREAS, the Board was further informed by said Extension
Agent that the anticipated additional cost will total $1, 275. 00
for the remainder of the season, and funds are available for
said cost from the Pest and Weed Budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the purchase of additional
chemicals for the Weld County Weed Districts, be, and hereby
is approved in the amount of $1, 275. 00, said amount being drawn
from the Pest and Weed Budget to supply the Weed Districts for
the remainder of the season.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 27th day of
July, A.D. , 1977.
