RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO HUMAN SERVICES BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Human Services Board, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Joshua Klenk, Kim Fairley, and Melanie Falvo, to said Human Services Board, with terms to expire
December 31, 2018, December 31, 2019, and December 31, 2017, respectively.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Joshua Klenk, Kim Fairley, and Melanie Falvo be, and hereby are,
appointed to the Human Services Board, with terms to expire December 31, 2018, December 31,
2019, and December 31, 2017, respectively.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 29th day of March, A.D., 2017.
