RE: AUTHORIZATION FOR CHAIRMAN TO SIGN THE QUIT CLAIM DEED
BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF WELD AS SELLER AND THE TOWN OF
JOHNSTOWN, COLORADO AS PURCHASER, FOR CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
OWNED BY WELD COUNTY, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Town of Johnstown, Colorado has made an offer
to purchase certain real property owned by Weld County, Colorado
more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Lots 6 , 7, 8 and 9, Block 4, Great
Western Addition to Johnstown, Weld
County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on the 14th day of November, 1977, the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado did approve, by
Ordinance, the sale of said real property owned by Weld County,
Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been agreed that the actual consideration
is TWENTY TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND TWENTY TWO DOLLARS and
87/100 , ($22, 922. 87) .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Chairman of the
Board be, and hereby is, authorized to sign the Quit Claim Deed
between The County of Weld, a body corporate and politic of the
State of Colorado, Seller, and The Town of Johnstown, County of
Weld, State of Colorado, Purchaser, a copy of which is attached
hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 30th day of
November, A.D. ,

its heirs, successors and assigns, forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said

belonging or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim whatsoever, of the
said part y of the first part, either in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said
