RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO NOXIOUS WEED MANAGEMENT ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Noxious Weed Management Advisory
Board, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Chuck Birkemeyer to said Noxious Weed Management Advisory Board, with a term to expire
August 19, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Chuck Birkemeyer be, and hereby is, appointed to the Noxious Weed
Management Advisory Board, with a term to expire August 19, 2019.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 18th day of January, A.D., 2017.
