Bonanza Creek Energy had to drill beyond the original bottom hole location on the referenced
well, which required an additional 40 acres be added to the spacing unit (SESW of Section 3). In
turn, this changed the interests in the well.
Please execute the attached Corrected Division Order and return the original in the enclosed
envelope.
This correction will go back to the date of first sales, but it may be a couple of months before
the reverse and rebook is completed by our accounting department.
