Home My WebLink About20173573.tiffRESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING EXTENSION OF OIL AND GAS LEASE COVERING CERTAIN PROPERTY OWNED BY WELD COUNTY, COLORADO - SE1/4, S26, T7N, R67W WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a request from Extraction Oil and Gas, Inc., for Extension of an Oil and Gas Lease Covering Certain Property owned by Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 16th day of October, 2017, at which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to allow staff adequate time to research the specific lease acreage and extension amount.
