RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO AREA AGENCY ON AGING
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the terms for certain positions on the Area Agency on Aging will soon expire,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Leanne Bodine and Ron Heil be appointed to
said Area Agency on Aging, with terms to expire January 31, 2020.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado that Leanne Bodine and Ron Heil be, and hereby are, appointed to the Area
Agency on Aging, with terms to expire January 31, 2020.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 5th day of April, A.D., 2017.
