This is a residence the Department of Planning Services on April 14,1995 stated i was allowed to built. On of February 23, 2017 i called Chloe Rempel and asked if anyone ever respond to such letters. I was told Mr. Parko was asked to follow up with a phone call to me by the commissioners. When i informed her I've never had a call or a message from Mr. Parko she stated she would have him contact me. Thank You Ms Rempel for I did get a call that day. Yes, Mr. Parko apologized for my delay in obtaining a permit and informed me has he has excellent staff. He did fail to answer my questions and so I 'm asking you to ask him the following three questions? 1. How could I be in violation of 1972 ordinance in 2016 when in 1995 Planning did not question me about the 1972 ordinance? i included all my numerous correspondence with Planning 1990's in my first letter to you. 2. Why did it take Mr. Parko's excellent staff four months to determine a second home on my property built in 1897 was in violation of a 1972 ordnance? 3. Has he taken the time to educate his staff and came up with a written directive for his staff to follow so when the next Resident of Weld County want a permit for a room they are not strung along with misinformation and finally have wait for a SUR and then hit with a 1972 ordinance? My final question is for you —Why aren't all properties automatically GRANDFATHERED to comply with 1972 ordinances? Sincerely, \iL' �t) Richard R.
