RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO REGIONAL COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the term for the position on the Regional Communications Advisory Board
will soon expire, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Dave Gottschalk, be appointed to said Board
as the North Law Representative, with a term to expire December 31, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Dave Gottschalk be, and hereby is, appointed to the Regional
Communications Advisory Board, with a term to expire December 31, 2019.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 5th day of April, A.D., 2017.
