Please be advised that on May 8, 2017, Lafarge West, Inc. c/o Lafarge North America Inc., whose address
and telephone number are 1687 Cole Blvd. Suite 300, Golden, CO 80401; (303) 809-7231, submitted a
request for partial acreage release for the Shaw Pit, Permit No. M-2001-094. The construction materials
extraction operation is located at or near Section 20, Township 2N, Range 68W, 6 Principal Meridian, in
Weld County.
Written comments or objections to the release may be submitted to, and additional information obtained
from, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado
