Reason: I'm a landlord and keep an eye open for similar properties in Johnstown that are for
sale or that have sold. There's no way I could get 230,000.00 for my house. It would surprise
me to get 200,000.00, but I have seen an increase in values over the last couple of years. All of
these newer homes are nothing like mine and are unrealistically inflating the value of these
older homes. None of the homes used to assess value are like my home.
