KERR MCGEE OIL & GAS ONSHORE LP, reported Feb. 6 a spill about 4 miles northwest of Keenesburg,
near Weld roads 22 and 49. Between five and 100 barrels of drilling fluid spilled.
PDC ENERGY INC, reported Feb. 7 a spill about 2 miles east of Greeley, near Weld roads 60 1/2 and 47.
Between five and 100 barrels of oil spilled.
KERR MCGEE OIL & GAS ONSHORE LP, reported Feb. 9 a spill about 4 miles southeast of Platteville,
near Weld roads 22 and 31. Between five and 100 barrels of drilling fluid spilled.
This is not acceptable. These companies need to be held accountable for large spills. I hope commissioners are
keeping an eye on this.
