I talked with Larry Bebo this morning and he said he owns the mineral rights under his
property.

Dear Kent,
We can proceed with scheduling this hearing for the 4/18 Planning Commission hearing. The hearing
will be held at the Weld County Administration Building (1150 O Street), Greeley, Colorado at 12:30
PM.
One of the requirements per Colorado State Statute is that Mineral owners/interests be notified of
the Planning Commission hearing at least 30 -days prior to the hearing (per page 2 of the attached
affidavit). In order to meet the 30 day notice — notice would need to be mailed by no later than
Saturday, March 18th
I have attached the referral form (which has most of the information you need) — you would need to
attach a cover letter outlining the location, date and time of the hearing.
Of course if Mr. Bebo owns the minerals/no leases.... Then you do not need to provide notice.
I looked up our Assessor's records (normally oil and gas has to register by section, township and
range) — and Anadarko has registered for a parcel in the same section as Mr. Bebo's property. If you
need to notify Anadarko, the contact information we have for them is:
