("Motorola") is proposing three additional MCC 7100 IP dispatch consoles for Weld County Jail (Weld County) located in Greeley, Colorado. The scope of the proposal includes master site licenses for the new positions, console software and accessories. The three MCC 7100 consoles will be located at the Jail building. Weld County will provide the LAN cabling for connection of the operator positions to the LAN switch on the existing MCC 7500 dispatch console. The proposed solution is based on the assumption, that the dispatch center equipment will be connected to FRCC system at the 7.13 release. Additionally, the backup power, operator workstations and monitors are assumed to be provided by Weld County. Motorola recommends not having MCC 7500 and MCC 7100 consoles in the same room due to the audio delay in the MCC 7100 consoles. Therefore, it is assumed that Weld County will place the MCC 7100 consoles in a different room than the existing MCC 7500 consoles. 1.1.1 Proposed Equipment The proposed additional Consoles are composed of the following equipment • Master Site licenses • Three MCC 7100 Console — comprised of the following: — MCC 7100 DVD and software - One USB Audio Interface Module (AIM) - Two headset jacks - Two desktop speakers - One gooseneck microphone - One dual pedal footswitch — IRR License - ADP Encryption - MCC 7100 spares 1.1.2 System Design The three MCC 7100 IP Dispatch Consoles are to be installed inside the Radio Network Infrastructure (RNI).
