RESOLUTION

RE: CORRECT RESOLUTION DATED APRIL 4 , 1979 APPROVING SUBDIVISION
EXEMPTION NO. 82 FOR McDONALD C. BRAND, ET AL.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Ln
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the

affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
o WHEREAS, on April 4 , 1979 , the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado adopted a resolution approveing Sub-

o division Exemption No. 82 for McDonald C. Brand, et al . , and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has been informed
that the legal descriptions for Parcels 1 and 2 were incorrect

in said Resolution, and
WHEREAS, the correct legal descriptions are as follows :
PARCEL 1
The Southwest One-Quarter of Section Fifteen,
Township One North, Range Sixty-Seven West of
the Sixth Principal Meridian.
PARCEL 2
The North One-Half of the North One-Half of
the Southeast One-Quarter of Section Fifteen,
Township One North, Range Sixty-Seven West of
the Sixth Principal Meridian.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable
to correct said resolution as hereinabove stated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the resolution dated
April 4, 1979 approving Subdivision Exemption No. 82 for McDonald
C. Brand be, and hereby is, corrected as hereinabove stated.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 14th day of
May, A.D. , 1979 .
