for Gary Reinke. The hearing is scheduled before the Weld County Planning Commission on
Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at 12:30p.m. at the Weld County Administration Building Board Room,

by special review permit for A Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review for Recreational
Facilities and uses including public or commercial camping for a period not to exceed six (6) months and
one (1) single-family dwelling unit per lot other than those permitted under Section 23-3-20.A of the
