What you need to do now
If you paid the full amount you owe with your signed agreement, you don't need to do anything.
If you didn't pay the full amount, pay your remaining balance now.
If mailing in your payment, make your check or money order payable to the "United States Treasury" and send
it to the IRS office where you filed your employment tax return. IRS office addresses are on our website at
www.irs.gov/businesses. Be sure to write your employer identification number, tax form number, and tax
periods (for example; 12-3456789, Form 941, March 2012) on your payment.
You can also make credit card or electronic payments through our Electronic Federal Tax Payment System
(EFTPS) by visiting www.irs.gov/e-pay.
If you can't pay the full amount now, pay as much as you can and make arrangements to pay your remaining
balance. Visit www.irs.gov/paymentplan for more information on installment agreements and online payment
agreements.

If you don't pay the remaining balance or make payment arrangements, we'll bill you for the remaining balance.

If the report showed an overpayment, you'll receive a refund in approximately eight weeks. However, we'll
use all or part of your overpayment to pay any other tax liability you may owe.
If you have questions, you can contact the person listed on the front page of this letter.
Sincerely,
