Regarding the proposed new lot for the Highland Farms PUD, there is an 8 inch waterline in an
easement just east of the proposed new lot.
The 'conditions and requirements' in the letter refers to tap request review submission items
needed to approve the new tap. The applicant will need to apply, pay necessary fees and have tap
approved by LHWD board of directors.
The 'may be available' language means that LHWD sells taps on a first come basis.
