Attached is a copy of the notice published in the Fort Lupton Press that Northern Colorado Constructors has applied for a 112(c) Reclamation Operation permit for the Bennett Pit. Please accept this notice as having been notified that Northern Colorado Constructors has applied for this permit. Copies of the entire permit application are on file and available to be viewed at the Weld County Clerk to the Board, 1150 O Street, Greeley, CO 80632, or at the DRMS office, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, CO 80203. Comments must be in writing and must be received by the DRMS within 20 days from the date of this letter. The proposed mine is known as the Bennett Pit, and is located at or near Section 12, Township 2, Range 67, 6th Prime Meridian. The proposed date of commencement is May 1, 2017, and the proposed date of completion is December 31, 2027. The proposed future use of the land is developed water resources.
