Water Supply Information
No employees will be assigned to work at this site; employees will just be visiting the site in their trucks.
Because of this, a permanent drinking water source on the property is not necessary. Bottled water will be
available to employees at the site. In addition, employees can access a potable water source at Noble's
facility across the street on the other side of WCR 30.
This plan for supplying drinking water meets the standards of Weld County's policy to allow bottled water
from a commercial source because the proposed facility will have 10 or less customers or visitors per day
and 2 or less full time (40 hour week) employees located on site.

Sewage Disposal Information
There will be no employees assigned to work at this site; all employees will just be visiting the site in their
trucks. Therefore, only portable restrooms with hand -washing facilities will be provided. This sewage
disposal plan meets the standards of Weld County's policy to allow portable toilets because the facility
proposes 10 or less customers or visitors per day and 2 or less full time (40 hour week) employees located
on site.
