RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING ACCEPTANCE OF GRANTING OF
RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR COUNTY ROAD 35.5 NORTH OF COUNTY ROAD 8
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with an Acceptance of Granting of
Right -of -Way for County Road 35.5, north of County Road 8, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 12th day of July, 2017, at which
time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to August 9, 2017, to allow additional
time for a work session to discuss the matter further.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to August 9,
2017, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 12th day of July, A.D., 2017.
