RE: APPROVAL OF REQUEST TO WAIVE BIDDING PROCEDURE FOR THE
EVANSTON COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Department of Planning Services has related to
the Board of County Commissioners that two vacant houses are to
be relocated to Evanston by the end of August, 1978, and
WHEREAS, the proposal to move one of the houses exceeds the
county' s $2, 000 limit for the bidding procedure, and
WHEREAS, the Department of Planning Services requests the
bidding procedure be waived due to the lack of time for bidding
in order to pay the moving expenses to relocate the two vacant
houses in Evanston.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the waiver be and
hereby is, approved provided that three (3) written quotations
are received and that the low bid is acceptable.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 17th day of
July, A.D. , 1978 .

$1, 000 . 00 as down payment and in consideration for the
purchase of a residential structure to be moved by your
company to the Evanston Project Area, at 419 Dunmire Street,
Evanston, Colorado 80530.
Concurrent with the contract agreement signed September 27,
1978, weld County will coordinate the move of said structure
to the project area within the specified time agreed upon
(30 days) .
