The Weld County Board of Health met August 22, 2017, at 9:00 a.m. in the second -floor hearing
room of the Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment. Those present included:
Board Members: Jason Maxey, Chair; Joyce Smock, Vice Chair; Sandra Owens,
Linda Kautz, Jim Rohn and James Kuemmerle, Nicholas Berryman
Others: Lauren Light, Debra Adamson, Environmental Health Services

APPROVAL OF AGENDA
A motion was made by Linda Kautz to approve the agenda as presented. Sandra Owens
seconded the motion and the motion was carried unanimously.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A motion was made by Joyce Smock to approve the July 25, 2017 minutes. Nick Berryman
seconded the motion and the motion was carried unanimously.
CONSENT ITEMS

A motion was made by Jim Rohn to approve new biosolids. Nick Berryman seconded the
motion and the motion was carried unanimously.

A motion was made by Tim Annable to approve biosolids renewals. Linda Kautz seconded the
motion and the motion was carried unanimously.

A motion was made by Linda Kautz to adjourn the meeting. Joyce Smock seconded the motion
and the motion was carried unanimously.
